Company

Safari Minerals is an emerging Jr. Mining and exploration company focused on Diamond's, and both base and precious metal production.

A dynamic corporation, Safari Minerals Inc. is firmly focused on profitable cash flows while laying the ground work for aggressive growth.

The company is currently executing with great success its phase one strategy of actively engaging in the highly profitable business of buying and selling of Diamonds out of Africa. By utilizing management's extensive African experience, established relationships and a rock solid understanding of the Diamond market, Safari Minerals is realizing ever increasing profits.

Located in the Kono District of Sierra Leone a typical day at Safari Mineral's buying office begins with local miners lining up to bring their Diamonds into our office for sale. Our expert team then proceeds to carefully sort the stones into categories based on current rough diamond prices which is a direct representation of the current market value in Antwerp. After the sorting, a price is offered to the seller which is then followed by negotiations consisting of back and forth discussion until a final price is reached. The money is immediately paid to the miner and a receipt is given for the parcel.

It is important to note that the process explained above is where the team at Safari Minerals really shines as a 15% profit margin is the bare minimum that our company will accept in regards to the price we buy stones versus the price we sell stones out of our offices in Antwerp. If the bare minimum of a 15% profit margin cannot be met in the parcel we simply do not buy as another parcel is waiting to be bought a few minutes later.

More often than not Safari Minerals realizes a much higher than a 15% profit margin but a careful balance needs to be struck between maximizing profits and making sure that as a company we treat the miners fairly. This is just good business as it guarantees a constant supply of stones and adheres to our ethical core company values.

Up to date data regarding current real world selling conditions in Antwerp is key to the success of this highly profitable business model. Through its office in Antwerp Safari Minerals has the necessary 'boots on the ground' which in turn leads the accuracy of financial controls and profit thresholds that are required to minimize the risk on every transaction

Phase two of Safari Minerals overall strategy is to maximize the output of all current mining properties that are under contract and leased with full mineral rights. All mine sites have proven reserves, are in full control of the company and equipment is in place. Of the upmost importance and one of the primary keys to success for this phase are the local, provincial and federal government relationships Safari Minerals already has in place.

During phase two the company will continue fully executing phase one as a source of positive cash flow and guaranteed revenue.

Phase three of Safari Minerals overall strategy will see the company use its knowledge of the area, expertise, and relationships to acquire mining properties. The goal is to use management's extensive experience to streamline operations, maximize efficiency and develop these acquisitions to their full potential.

Gold is also found at the same time as Diamonds which is normal in alluvial mining deposits. Gold as well as any other metals and minerals including those classified as 'rare earth' will be sold at market price for substantial profits.

As with phase two the company will still be aggressively engaged in the highly profitable business of buying and selling of diamonds as outlined in phase one above.
